As a member of the Association of Innovative Automotive Suppliers (VIA), we have established several companies together with well-known medium-sized partner companies from our region over the last years according to the motto ""Technology competence through business cooperation"".
These include VIA Oberflächentechnik GmbH as a service provider for deburring, vibratory finishing, washing, degreasing and fine cleaning of components and VIA Consult GmbH & Co. KG.
All companies are competence centres in which know-how, experience and technical equipment are bundled to form a competent external service provider for the companies in the network.
The aim of these investments was and is to be able to offer our customers a comprehensive range of services from consulting through design, prototyping, pre-series and small series production to series production including various downstream operations. The network has succeeded in significantly expanding our own spectrum through cooperation and the exploitation of synergies.
Among other things, VIA Oberflächentechnik in Lennestadt-Grevenbrück operates several of the largest and most modern PER degreasing systems in Germany, in which components can be cleaned in lattice box-sized containers.
In Lennestadt-Grevenbrück, VIA also operates one of the largest fine cleaning centres in Europe. Here, components with special cleanliness requirements can be cleaned in multi-stage processes and the required freedom from particles can be achieved. The quality is monitored in the in-house laboratory.
